It is time for K-12 educators to admit their reluctance to adopt modern information technology as an instructional tool and as a curricular focus is no longer reasonable. Educators who hope to prepare their students for modern economic, political, social and cultural life have no choice but to accept technology and use technology to help students access, analyze and understand information, create understanding, and communicate.
