 Why Should I Care?

> For educators, most everything you want is available for free!

> It is more important than ever to evaluate what your find and use.

> We are changing from economy of scarcity and an economy of abundance.

So, What Should We Do?

1) Use Wikipedia (for the correct purposes); use Wikimedia Commons.

2) Use OpenOffice

3) Become a skilled evaluator of information... today we (and our students) have to be very knowledgeable.

4) Make sure your students are researching... and show them how!
